RETURN POLICY

So, here we are; sometimes people make mistakes or at least that’s what my mom tells me. We ,WTF, try our utmost best to produce garments of excellent quality but sometimes we might make a bit of an oopsie. However, should we mess up, we are more than willing to be held accountable and help you in any which way we can.

Before we get started, it’s important to note that all of our garments are made from scratch, which means you will be receiving a custom made item. We do print on demand, so everything we make is definitely one of a kind.

WHEN CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Should you not be happy with your item for whatever the reason may be, you may exchange it for another product to the same value. If there was a fault on our side, we’ll arrange for the courier to collect the item from the same address it was shipped to. If you are however just changing your mind and would no longer want the product, the courier fee will be paid by you, the client.

If you do change your mind, we will replace your product but will not give a cash refund. We will provide a voucher to the value of your item which will be valid for 12 months.

If you have ordered an item from the “Create” section of our store, we will not be able to exchange it as these items are made specifically for you and are non refundable. Please also be sure to triple check our size guide to avoid these kinds of issues.

NOTE: Should there be a manufacturing fault and you wish to return the garment, it must be unwashed and unworn (except for fitting on).

WHAT DO I DO IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you are unsatisfied with your order. Email a detailed explanation of the issue and include the order number to info@wtfont.co.za. We pride ourselves in providing high quality garments and excellent customer service. We will do our best to resolve the issue, assist you in the return of the product(s) or with any further questions you may have.

Should the issue be size related, please tell us what the replacement size should be. If you are interested in another product altogether, please include the name or the design as well as the size in your correspondence.

COURIER FAULTS

We currently do not run our own courier service. We make use of FastWay to ensure that your packages get to you safely.

This company works independently from WTF and have their own delivery schedules. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded if the courier company has missed the delivery deadline. Please be sure to contact with us should something like this happen and we will do our best to assist you.

WTF will not be held liable for any losses incurred because of missed deadlines and late deliveries. Any refunds will be given in the form of store credit.

SUBMITTING ARTWORK

All artworks sent to us is the responsibility of the sender, we assume that you have the rights to have such works printed. WTF will not be held liable for any copyright or intellectual property infringements for any artworks submitted by you, the client. By submitting artworks to us, you acknowledge this and confirm that you have the rights associated to reproducing and printing such works.

CHANGES TO OUR POLICY

WTF reserves the right to change this return policy at any time without notice. Should there be any changes made to this return policy we will notify you as well as post said changes on our website.
