SHIPPING

All our t-shirts are print to order. This means we only print a t-shirt once an order has been placed. Print lead times are approximately 5 - 10 working days. Should you require a sooner delivery, please send us an email with your order number and we will try to arrange it for you. All our orders are delivered through Fastway.

RETURNS

All orders to be exchanged or queried within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, please contact us via email and we will exchange the order within 3 to 7 working days. Wtf is not liable for any incorrect information provided by the customer, this includes incorrect spelling of custom made

t-shirts, etc. Should your item arrive in faulty condition, for example, broken or torn, upon receiving proof of the faulty item, we would be happy to provide you with a replacement item. Refunds are only available, if we are unable to replace the faulty item. Should you require any further information regarding our returns, kindly peruse our Return Policy.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your order. Once your order has been completed and dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and further details on how to track your order on the courier portal.

If you would like a fully customized t-shirt, send us an email and one of our designers will create a sample for you to review. Once you are happy we will invoice you and your t-shirt will be sent to production. Please note that this might extend the lead time by a day or two.
